How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to process orders within 24hrs - Orders are then sent via Royal Mail 1st class and should take 2-4 days maximum, Please allow 7 days before contacting us as the situation is varied due to COVID 19

 

How much does delivery cost?

Our Delivry charges are a set amount based on your purchase and are set prices. We have FREE Delivery over £30. Please see our Delivery Page for costing You can get a more accurate shipping estimate by going to your basket once you've added what you want, and completing the shipping information at the bottom of the page.

 

If i order 2 Meters or more how will it arrive?

We will always send this as a continuous length where appropriate. On very rare occasions it may not be possible and we would contact you before we send your order out.

 

Do I need to Pre-Wash my Fabric's 

Yes, we always recommend you pre-wash your fabrics before using them as some fabrics may shrink and some may not be colourfast. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of a fabric for then please contact us and we wil happily send a sample out. We always recommend that you wash dark colours separately.

 

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES 

How do I Subscribe yo your boxes?

To subscribe to a monthly fabric box or Stretch subscription box, simply add the product you want to subscribe to your basket and check out. Please note that at the moment, you are currently unable to purchase a subscription with anything else in the same order. If you wish to add some other items to your order, place a second order and we will refund you the difference in the postage and send your items together.

 

How do I Cancel my Subscription Box?

If you have an account on our site, you can sign in and manage your subscription in your account area. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for one with the same email address as you use for your box subscription and you will be able to access to members area to manage your subscription, or alternatively you can email or phone us to let us know you'd like to cancel and we can sort it out for you.

Please Note - if you have already been charged for that month then you will only be able to cancel the following months. 

What's the Cancellation Period for my Subscription Box?

There is no cancellation period on your box - you can cancel at any time. However as mentioned  above -  if your box payment has already gone through, we're afraid you can't cancel a box that is currently being processed and sent out
