Welcome to our online store If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.


Privacy Policy 

We do not share your data with any other company for any marketing purposes and will not do so. Information about you as a customer and the orders you have placed is held in our database. We can, if you require, supply a copy of all the data we hold about you and are happy to remove your details from our system should you request that we do so. You may receive notifications for delivery purposes only from our delivery partners, this information is not used by them for marketing purposes.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. The Fabric Cabin reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.


Reviews, Comments and Emails 

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." Product Description and Pricing 

The Fabric Cabin attempt to be as accurate as possible. However this does   does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered is not correct or as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

If there is a product that is priced incorrectly on our website then we may need to either cancel and refund your order or will contact you to arrange the payment of the additional amount. if you wish not to pay any higher amounts then we will have to cancel the order.


 Refund Policy.

If the goods purchased from us are faulty or defective in any way then you have the choice: we will either replace them or will refund you. If you have bought something that you decide that you no longer require and it is within 14 days of purchase, please return the goods in their original condition to us and we will refund back to you the costs of the goods. (Postage to send back to us is your responsibility and will not be refunded) We may take up to 7 working days from your return arriving here to process your refund. If you have requested the fabrics in your order to be cut a certain way or Pre -ordered  then we reserve the right to charge a fee to re-sell the items on. Please wait a full 4 working days if you have not received your order before contacting us (We hope that your items should arrive next working day but on occasion deliveries can take a few days and this is why we ask for a little patience)  


Supply of Goods 

When you purchase something from us we aim to dispatch the same working day for orders placed before 3PM, but on occasion this is not possible and we will post the Next Working Day.  We aim to have the stock levels as accurate as possible on the website, but in the unlikely event that we cannot dispatch your order with the stock we have at hand we will contact you regarding the discrepancy and possibility of receiving a refund. We make every effort to describe the goods accurately on the website.


Delivery Charges

The delivery charges are set out by amount spent, Please note wool/yarn has its own set prices as these are bulky items to post so have there own prices Please see out page on Delivery and Refunds  We offer free UK postage for orders of £30 or above. We will post worldwide please see our delivery page.

Delivery Method

All the products are securely packaged and will be sent out by Royal Mail 1st class Some items such as aerosols or long length items will be sent via courier as they are not permitted via Royal Mail.

Delivery Time

We know that you love to receive your goods without any delay, we aim to dispatch orders same day if they are placed with is before 3pm. Please be aware once your order has left us it is down to Royal Mail to deliver and all our items are send 1st class. (This in most cases this may be next day ) but we do ask that you wait 4 working days before contacting us with regards to lost items. We will email you when we dispatch your order.

Pricing Errors

If there is a product that is priced incorrectly on our website then we may need to either cancel and refund your order or will contact you to arrange the payment of the additional amount.

Out Of Stock Items

While every effort is made to ensure that the stock on the website reflects the actual levels we have available for sale, sometimes we may not have the item you have paid for on the website. If the fabric is an 'Almost Gone' or a remnant then we will refund you for that item and dispatch your order without delay. Otherwise we will contact you to resolve the issue with the lack of stock and will offer an alternative or a refund. We will place your order on hold while we wait to hear from you.
